  • Relevant experience or strong project proof for the role
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
  • Clear communication with engineers and clients
  • Ownership of tasks from start to finish
  • Interest in continuous improvement
  • Portfolio or work samples preferred

Responsibilities
- Evaluate models/tools for quality, cost, and safety
- Integrate APIs into Laravel/product surfaces
- Measure outcomes and iterate with stakeholders
- Document experiments clearly for the team

Requirements
- Python and ML fundamentals
- Ability to explain solutions simply
- Experience with APIs / LLM tooling is a plus
- Strong judgment about when AI should not be used
